What we collect

When you use the quote form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the type of window work and any details you write about your project. If you call, we may note your name, number and what you need.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is submitting it. Turnstile may process technical signals such as your IP address and browser information for that purpose. Form submissions are delivered by email through Cloudflare's email delivery to the site operator.

How we use and share it

We use your information to pass your request to independent window installation companies that serve your area, so they can contact you about a quote, and to follow up on your request. Those companies receive your contact details and project description and use them under their own privacy practices.

We do not sell your information to data brokers or unrelated marketers.

Calls and texts

By submitting the form you agree that Grand Rapids Window Pros and the matched installers may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Any call or text from us will identify Grand Rapids Window Pros. We honor do-not-call requests; tell us to stop and we will, and you can also reply STOP to a text. Installers are responsible for honoring your requests to them directly.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are read and where visits come from. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests only as long as needed to handle them and for ordinary business records.

Deleting your information

To ask us to delete your information or stop contacting you, call (616) 616-5192 or send a message through the quote form with "Delete my data" in the details box. We'll remove your request from our records and ask the installers we sent it to not to contact you further.

Children

This site is for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13.
